Are my downloads instant?

Yes, all of your downloads are instant. They are sent to your email immediately after payment is completed. They are also available to download on the confirmation page immediately after your purchase is made.

Where can I download my files?

Once you completed your purchase you can access your download link on the email sent to you or on the confirmation page that appears immediately after payment.

You have 3 ways to get your download links after checkout: via email, on the 'Thank You' page and in your customer account.

Your download links will instantly appear on the 'Thank You' page once payment has been processed. Please wait a short moment for the system to load your links. You will also be sent an email with the downloads, so please make sure you have no typos when typing your email and check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

If you have created an account, you will have your downloads appear in your order history.

If you have any issues and need help, please contact us and we will be in touch ASAP.

I did not receive my downloads

Make sure to check your spam folder. Every order gets processed automatically after a payment. A confirmation email with the download link is sent to the email you provided immediately after purchase. You can also login to your account if you created one at checkout to access your downloads.

Downloads are only available 1 time. However, if you need another download link, or if you have any questions, please contact us at  support@apontor.com

Why is my download link broken?

If your download link appears to be broken, please contact us and we will resend a valid download link that you can access without issues. We have recently upgraded our system so the download process is much better for our customers.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products being non-returnable, we cannot offer refunds. But we are more than happy to offer an exchange for valid reasons.
